PACS History

PACS is a privately owned company, independent from the supply chain and uniquely positioned to provide our clients completely impartial advice. Established in 2004 we specialise in managing change and improving performance within the property and facilities management sector. PACS focus is to make things happen, turning best practice theory into tangible results. To position PACS as a leading niche consultancy for global real estate and facilities management services we have invested heavily in our PACS-TOOLS web based platform. The platform was originally developed in 2007 to support a global change program to gather data quickly, analyze it in a controlled and consistent environment then inform the client strategy. We have continued to develop the tools and ensure that advanced functionality is specifically geared to support our consultancy clients.



PACS Change Management Approach

Based in the UK Colin has a proven track record in Corporate Real Estate and Facilities Management transformation projects, helping many leading companies to deliver operational success.

Colin is a highly experienced property professional, with a good balance of commercial and corporate experience.  Colin likes to make things happen turning best practice theory into tangible business results.




Mike Loosemoore

Mike is a board Director of Property and Change Solutions Limited with over 25 years of consulting and corporate experience. Mike has direct experience of working in corporate client environments, property management organisations, facilities management service providers and real estate consultancy practices. He understands the challenges that each role provides and has the breadth of experience to address all stakeholder requirements.
